Happy Birthday to my favorite 8 year old! Rachael came up the stairs this morning and found me in the kitchen and immediately asked, "What time was I born?" I looked at the clock which read 8:01. "You have one minute left as a 7 year old." We patiently waited until the clock changed to 8:02 and when it did, she started to do a little dance with a huge grin on her face (which has become quite holey these days)!!
We have a full day of fun plans starting with lunch at Brick Oven, just Rachael with her mom and dad. Can't complain too much about that. We also need to buy balloons, make a cake and plan her special birthday dinner! She also has a big surprise coming tonight which I will have to post about at a later date as not to spoil it.
